There are two ways to adjust the balance.
One is to adjust the initial balance: go to the Other screen, tap General, then Initial Balance.
The other is to create a category with a name such as "Adjustment" and enter an adjustment amount on any date.
This app is designed to help you see your monthly income and expense trends, rather than to track the exact balance of your wallet or bank account.
If you focus on matching the balance exactly, small differences will always appear somewhere, and this is one of the most common reasons people find keeping a household account book tedious and give up.
We recommend focusing on your income and expense trends and making the app easy to keep using, without worrying too much about the balance.
This is also why the app does not have bank account or wallet management features. We appreciate your understanding.
